All cookies weigh roughly 5-7 ounces each. Approximate  Please note: Allow slight variance in ounces due to these cookies being hand-rolled, stuffed, and topped. Calculating these to the exact ounce would be impossible. The weight per cookie is approximate and may vary slightly

Monthly/Bi-monthly product releases. When a menu sells out we replace that crap with new crap! we have over 5k creations so if you want it snag it because once its gone its gone for a long time !

How Long Will They Last?

Cookies stay fresh for up to 14 days at room temperature in their cellophane packaging. They can also be frozen for up to 6 months- thawed at room temperature & reheated when ready to enjoy.  

I Want Gooey& Melty Cookies!

Remove from heat-sealed package and place in 350-degree oven for approximately 5 minutes. Don't want to wait- Pop in the microwave for 10 - 15 seconds!

How Are The Cookies Made? 

Aside from the mix-ins and toppers, our cookies are scratch-made from beginning to end! Cookies are made in small batches in a licensed facility. Only quality ingredients are used. We do not share recipes or techniques openly, We will share ingredients to ensure you know what goes into your cookies, but details on how cookies are stuffed & specific ingredient measurements will be left out. Thank you for understanding!

What Are The Nutrition Facts?

Thats easy!!   WE DONT HAVE IT. Our products change weekly in our retail bakery as well as very frequently online. All of our fillings and mix-ins are hand made - calculating this would be impossible. If you want macros & calories - our protein line would be best suited for you. Otherwise , just eat a kookie & know it is made with love ...and sugar! 

 Do You Offer Gluten Free/ Vegan Products?

We DO NOT offer any of these types of products at this time.

Protein Kookie Macros?

Full macros will be listed in the description of the kookie  on the products page. Values are estimates which are based on the ingredients and recipe that are created and are not 3rd party tested. They may vary slightly due to natural ingredients variation.

What protein is used?

Much like our Kookies & treats the protein we use varies based on flavor and availability . The protein used is in the description of each kookie on the products page .

When does my crap arrive?

Everything is made fresh to order - we do not bulk bake & freeze!! please allow 3-5 business days to have your order completed. This could vary based on the time of year. All orders are shipped USPS . Shipping times will vary and we are not responsible for lost,damaged or delayed packages. You must file a dispute with USPS 

My s#it is damaged?? 

Again we are not responsible for how your product arrives. Once the carrier has them we have zero control over how they toss ,kick, punch,or throw them around.We do  not do returns, refunds,cancellations, exchanges! Now do we replace and lost stolen or damaged items.

Shipped to wrong address ?

Triple check you order info before you submit ! We are not responsible for incorrect addresses . Please note once order is submitted -address and personal info can not be changed! If we receive your order back for wrong address- you will have to pay for reshipping costs. If we get your package back due to wrong address and it is damaged we will not reship and you will need to place a new order. Should this happen - again contact you carrier with questions and concerns.

My Kookies came and I wasn't home & they melted ?

Your Package ....Your Problem!! Please make note as to when you package is supposed to arrive & make accommodations!! It is not advised to leave in sun, rain, snow, ect- please use common sense .. If they do melt - place in fridge to set up... They will still be great !

Do you offer local pick up ?

YES!!!!  We are in Greencastle , PA You will receive an email letting you know when you order is ready for pick up (typically 3-5 days ) our physical address is

I forgot my pickup?

That SUCKS!...We will hold your order for 3 additional days. After that - they are discarded in to file 13.. NOTE  **We do not offer rebake  or refund or exchange that you failed to pickup.
