Summer/ Spring Notice
Wowsah!! its hot out there! Please note softening of the product may occur during transit. In addition , softening may also occur if your package sits outside for an extended period of time . NO WORRIES- place product in the fridge for a few hours to firm them back up - they may not look as pretty as when the where packaged but the will still taste great .
My shipping address was incorrect?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct on the order .If the address was incorrect and the order has not shipped yet please email Khaoticsweetz@gmail.com immediately. Your email must contain your name order # and the correct address . If the package was already shipped , Khaotic Sweetz cannot be held responsible & unfortunately will not reship any returned , lost ,stolen packages OR refund your order . Please verify address before you finalize your order!
How much is shipping?
all packages are shipped with usps priority mail . Price will depend on your location ( in reference to us in Greencastle PA) as well as the package size and weight . If you would like a shipping quote please email us at Khaoticsweetz@gmail.com

We currently ship to all 50 states!
How long will shipping take ?
Shipping times will be provided at checkout & be based on your specific location . A tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships . PLEASE NOTE : weather, national emergencies, delays, and other factors could delay your package. - these are outside of our control
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship on Thursday after the order is placed. Tracking information will be sent to the email associated with the order . NOTE : please make sure the email address is correct .
How will my order be packaged?
Cookies will be individually wrapped in heat sealed cellophane bags and then shipped in a packing box with crinkle paper added to half dozen orders to help alleviate movement . We try our best to ensure your package arrives in the best condition . NOBODY LIKE A BROKEN COOKIE!! Note: some cookies have large toppings that could fall off in transit - we try hard to ensure this does not happen but can not help the handling practices of usps or other carriers once they leave our shop .
