 Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange on the baked goods. All baked good sales are final.  If we have made an error with the order  please send us an email at khaoticsweetz@gmail.com and we will correct it. if your order was lost of damaged thru shipping please contact your carrier to initiate a claim
